3. Payments & Subscriptions
All payments, subscriptions, and seller payouts are processed through Stripe. When you subscribe to a Pro or Seller plan, or make a purchase, your payment information is submitted directly to Stripe and is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy. MBR receives confirmation of payment status but does not store full payment card numbers.
Subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged. A platform transaction fee of 5% applies to completed marketplace sales and is deducted automatically from the seller's payout.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these circumstances:
- Between Buyers & Sellers: When you complete a purchase, necessary order and contact details are shared with the seller to fulfill the order (and vice versa).
- Service Providers: We share information with trusted providers (such as Stripe for payments and our hosting provider) who help operate the platform, under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our community.
- Business Transfers: If MBR is acquired or merged, account information may transfer as part of the business assets.
5. Custom Orders & Local Services
Some listings (such as custom builds) involve direct coordination between the buyer and the maker, including location details needed to complete the work (e.g., site visits for custom builds in the San Antonio area and surrounding communities). This information is shared only as needed to complete the requested service and is not used for any other purpose.
